CAC is the best place to take your vehicle! I recently purchased a truck from a dealership down the road. As soon as the purchase was made I noticed electrical work needed to be taken care of and the check engine light came on. After a thorough review of my vehicle, there were several issues found. Not only did they communicate every step with me, they apologized it was taking longer because of having to order a part. To top things off, they offered a loaner vehicle while they were working on my truck! Second issue popped up and they quickly took care of it! What an absolute blessing this place is! 100% confident ion recommending this place to anyone!

Justin and his crew were amazing! I just got this car and was worried because I don't know the history. They went through the car and told me what of anything needed addressed right away, what I should be thinking about doing and what I should monitor. There was NO pressure to fix this right now! A refreshing change from what I am used to.

I've found finding a car repair service that is reliable can be challenging in Lincoln, especially for females. After having another car repair business fail to repair my vehicle a few times I scheduled an appointment at Custom Automotive Care. Custom Automotive Care provided great service & kept me up to speed on where they were at with repairs. They also took the time to provide in depth details on the services they were performing- what was normal/not normal diagnostically. Additionally, they informed me of suggested maintenance based on mileage. Their price quotes were accurate & their service was fantastic! After they serviced my car, I've had no issues & I overall feel it is running better- mileage, shifting, etc. They are now my auto repair shop of choice & I would highly recommend them as a top auto repair business in Lincoln.

Great people here, Justin the tech came out shook my hand after doing a real thorough check on a truck I brought in for a pre purchase inspection. I was a little skeptical of the truck I was looking at and noticed some things. So he explained everything and gave me his advice, now I’m looking at a different truck from a Ford dealership 😂. They printed out a couple packets for me which were also available online through a link they sent me, it had videos and pictures documenting their work listing every problem they’d found. Glad I went there they saved me, if I lived closer I’d probably go through them for every car issue I’d have, but who knows I might make the drive anyways, got that good gut feeling there that you don’t get at most places you know. Plenty more pictures I could take of the work they did but you get the point.
