Truly first time I went here, truly I have been to so many other shops for many different services, but in the 21 years of business experience here in the capital city Lincoln and the state of Nebraska I have never came across such a good human and business thus far so I conclusion I absolutely highly and extremely recommend, highly will tell others about, extremely wonderful business/guy to do business with! I had an automotive problem and it was solved in less than an hour. What's more impressive is that Justin did the work during his lunch hour.

Custom Auto Care has been taking care of all my vehicle mechanical needs for almost 30 years, as the second owner Justin has done an excellent job resolving any issues I have brought to him, they provide excellent service.

As a long standing customer of Custom Automotive Care I receive the same great personal service and car care every time I visit. All work recommended is approved by me before it is performed.What makes the process so easy is the work ticket is emailed to me and there is a color coded check list of what work needs to be performed in the proper order. I had engine problems on my 2007 Dodge 2500 diesel. I called CAC and asked him if I could have my vehicle towed there, which they happily accommodated. It was over the lunch hour, but Justin put his lunch aside and immediately helped me. He asked for a few days to diagnose the problem, and then reported back to me with the problem, the options, and discussed with me what I preferred to do. I am very happy with the results, and will be bringing my vehicles to CAC in the future.

Needed Yukon strut assemblies compressed and new cartridges installed. CAC has a proper strut compression machine, and performed the task for a very modest fee. Although I did not have any other work done there this time, I would not hesitate to recommend thier shop. Well organized, clean, and the staff were all sporting various certification badges.

As always, CAC was thorough and communicated throughout the process. I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!
