Custom Automotive Care

I have used custom Auto for the last 2 years after years of searching for a good mechanic. I do a lot of my own wrenching, but sometimes something is over my capabilities, and Custom has been the answer. I have come to trust Justin and Tracy immensely. Tracy is unlike most Service advisors I have run into, she knows her stuff, and well, instead of just repeating what they were told. Justin is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic, who works hard to keep up with the newest equipment, technology, testing, diagnostics, and actual repairs to fit every vehicle. He is hard working and honest beyond what I have ever experienced elsewhere. He both owns and works his own shop. He works hard to be honest, up to date, and customer oriented which builds trust! Custom Auto is my only stop for mechanical needs.

My father has been a mechanic all his life, so I've always been hesitant to take my vehicles anywhere else. However, my company uses Custom to work on our trucks and they've always been able to solve ANY problem when no one else could. So I took my van in to have them diagnose the check engine light, replace some plugs and wires, and locate some oil leaks. They were able to get everything fixed I asked them to and the van is running better than it has in a long time. Custom Automotive went above and beyond with this one. They were very quick getting the repairs done right. The cost to do it was SURPRISINGLY low. They didn't do anything I didn't ask them to do. They never pressured me into "fixing" anything I didn't ask them to. Tracy and Justin are top notch. On a scale of 1-5 stars, Custom Automotive is definitely 10 stars.
