Both the tech and the office person were very friendly and knowledgeable, and unlike the ford dealer they really went the extra mile to make sure that i got the best value for the repair . We were traveling cross country and were having a string of car problems. I called them late in the afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in the very next morning. They were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour. They gave us a loaner vehicle and had our car in tip top shape that same day. Kay, Justin and Sean all did an amazing job fixing the car and keeping us informed with what they were doing. Very patient and very friendly people.
